U.S. Senator Voices Opposition to EFCA

Senator Arlen Specter has voiced his opposition to the Employer Free Choice Act ("EFCA"). Assuming that the election result debacle in Minnesota is resolved in favor of the Democrats, Senator Specter could be the deciding vote against passage of EFCA in the Senate. There may yet be hope for employers on this issue. Stay tuned.
